recently i reinstall windows xp sp2, for 2 weeks it was greate but after that windows became a real turtle! i reinstall it again and the same thing happened after weeks :((:(( it takes 10min for startup, 5min for nod32 to run, file transfer is awfull, run a program kills me and other thing is when i want to watch my recorded movies (from camera) it just shows first 40s of it, then the MPUI will close!!!!
i have
1G ram
AMD 64 X2 dual core 4000
ATI xpress 1200
and nod32 doesnot detect ANY virus!!!!!
where is the problem? what should i do 
i've done all of these things disk clean up,defragment,run advance windows care pro… but still it's slow
thing that kills me is it was great and then turned slow

Disable any unwanted start up items and run disk defragmentation.
Harwdware wise buying another GB of RAM would be recommended.

whenever i have this prob i just run virus and ad/spyware scans
then i do a disk defrag and disk cleanup
that usually takes care of it

u may av a virus or u got a lot of stuff on ur comp
