I have a very annoying piece of spyware on my PC. in my taskbar at bottom of screen, tools section, annoying thing pops up. Then at random times, random security messages pop up that are TOTALLY FAKE! And my desktop has been changed. I have tried everything! Norton 360, Spybot (I update it daily and scan daily. It is not working, neither is Ad-ware (I update and scan daily with that to.) I have tried every single method on the Internet. (it isn't in my start-up programs list either, I checked.) I delete everything and it re-installs itself. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!!!

get spyware terminator to remove it and spware blaster so it stops it from even getting into your computer

Sounds annoying, but it can be fixed! I'd recommend you turn off System Restore (so infections are not restored), boot to Safe Mode (tap F8 as PC starts and select "Safe Mode" and scan with a few of the best spyware removal tools inc. Lavasoft Adaware & SpyBot S&D.
