Videos in Xp and Vista!?

October 24th, 2008 · 3 Comments

The videos are Windows Media Audio/Video file. I down loaded them with Download helper in Firefox and converted them from FLV files with media-convert.com. They work on my Vista computer but not the Xp one. When I try to play them it says, “Windows Media Player cannot play the file because it is corrupted.” Any help would be great.

Thats be cos windows media player needs audio codecs to play that kind of files. So either u need to download “k-lite codec pack” or simply Download a small and best player used by millions.. Its called “VLC Player” from http://www.videolan.org. Its a small file..It plays almost evrything. Check it out. Hope this helps you.

Perhaps, you need to update Media Player in Windows XP with some newer codecs. You can download them from the Internet.
