how do i get this garbage off my computer?? i had someone on my computer who was a complete idiot and downloaded the program….how do i get it off?? i have norton antivirus and it is scanning but its not doing anything… can i please have some serious answers…no bs… 
i dunno its turning on and off…and the black screen comes on…how do i remove this???

First of all don’t let that person use that computer again! What you need to do to get rid of this junk is either download AVG or Avast Home Edition since they are both free and work really good. Avast Home Edition I believe does a better job, but just check both of the products out and decide! To get avast just simply go to http://www.avast.com and to get AVG just simply go to free.avg.com
