I recently bought trend micro virus from Bestbuy, but when I tried to install it, it stops in the middle and says “rolling back”. Then it just stops installation. So I have two questions. First, is there anything that I can do to get the installation to work? I’ve searched all over the internet and the trend micro site and I can’t find any help. Second, if you don’t know a way I can get it to work, what are other good antivirus programs?

and then try again if fails do in safe mode heres how to get into it
1. Log out and reboot your machine.
2. When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.
3. Select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.
4. When the login screen comes up, log in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password.
5. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.
6. When you’re finished doing what you need to do, log out and reboot back into normal mode
