vista 32bit ultimate won’t boot ?

I have nec laptop with windows vista 32bit ultimate

when I boot it came up with this

windows boot manager
status 0xc000000f
Windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing or corrupt

can I get help to fixes it please

well the vista cd was buy exter no it own it did not came with vista ultimate 64bit it had vista business on it and I change it so what do I have to do

      use the disk that came with your laptop. usually it is named recovery disk. or use your windows vista 32bit disk. boot it on the said disk. this will help you repair your windows. just follow the instruction that will show.
