Whenever I sent a picture attachment (Jpg or bmp etc.) to my friend who has Windows Vista, he can't open it…why? And how can we fix this?
Yes, I am talking about emails, but why can't I forward a message onto him (with picture attachments), with him not being able to view the mails. Is it an XP and VISTA compatability issue?

Maybe it's an issue with how your friend receives attachments. Some software will block images from being displayed, so maybe start with the application before troubleshooting the OS.
If possible, try to use a different program to check the emails (I assume we're talking about emails)
