Okay my page now just shows when i open a black page with the my documents files open. My page is blank no start button or menu or the bar at the bottom and the desktop icons. I also cannot click right click. I can only open the rest of my programs from the opened my document file when my computer was turned on.
Okay what caused this.
I was trying to unistall corel snapfire plus from my computer, then it froze during the process so i turned it off. Turned it back on to see this blank page like this already. Dont know what happened to cause it. I did everything i did a system restore a few days ago and it worked once. So i turned my computer off tonight then next day it came back again the black screen. So i tried the restore but it did not work. Plz i tried everything. I put my vista disk in and repaired it but it never worked. I tried everything i dont know why plz help im beg you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

sounds like you accidently hit a hide hud option or something… wierd dont know how to fix that

you have to reformat your system.. sure that will help!
but before just try to make a new user in the user account then go to that user and delete the new one from there.. if that didn't work just format it !!

Sounds like explorer isn't opening.
Do CTRL+ALT+DEL and click Start Task Manager. Click File, 'New Task'. Then type in 'explorer.exe' without the quotes and it should load your start menu and desktop.
As to what is causing this problem it could be a virus? Try a system restore to a point to when it worked correctly, or try installing a free anti-virus such as AVG Free and doing a scan.
