Hi I used win rar on my xp system to compress a 13.2 GB file into an exe file. I moved the file to my vista system but the file will not open. It says its not a vaild win32 applacation.
Now I just want to delete the file but it is saying The actions can’t be comleted because the file is open in another program. Close the program and try again.
I get the option to try again or cancel.
Do you have any idea how I can delete the file? I have tried restarting the system and booting up with msconfig in diognostic mode. but its till not working.
I have looked at the processes but I dont know what process is running the file.
