Vista Question: How do I delete the $Recycle bin?

I can't find the recycle bin folder in vista. Where is it? I also want to know: if there's a hidden file in the recycle bin folder, will the recycle bin show it?

I'm having serious trouble with a file that only shows up when I try to defrag. It's huge, inhibits defrag, and I don't need it any longer. So if anyone can help, please tell me how to delete this file and how to locate the recycle bin folder.

There is a recycle bin folder on every drive of your HDD. ITs on the root itself, you will have to unhide and click show system files to see it. You can try searching for the file and deleting it manually or use a program that does that.
