VMware Authorization Service error?

When I try to run a virtual machine it gets this error. (Error while powering on: The VMware Authorization Service is not running.) I've tried it with three different virtual machines and get the same error.

      this is tutorial by an expert..i using vmware too…
      i think ur case is the same as me, when first time using my vmware..
      beside vmware alone , u need iso file…which is run as OS for ur virtual machine…

      u can download it here…free trial window server 2008(download the bottom part)

      i think enough for u to start ur own VM

      turn off ur VM>.upload the iso file in to disc drive (in you vmware)>>turn on your vm…n follow the tutorial..
