Vundo Trojan.. Stubborn and keep coming back?

I have a vundo Trojan virus on my computer. I keep going to c:\windows\regedit.exe and deleting it but they come back. I have Vundo fix, but it never detects anything. My Symantec finds the virus and deletes it, but it comes back. the main file is

HKey_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\
microsoft\windows\Currentversion\
Run,f4b94b02

(had to break it up so it could be seen)

This is the Main Virus that comes back. Then it creates another file in System32. How do I get rid of it for good? I am computer knowledgeable so explain away. Any help is appreciated.
