My account information has been changed!
I have already called customer service and they said that it hasn't been hacked but I think they are lying to stay out of the media and lose customers.
Has this happened to you? If so please let me know.

Make sure you:
-Change your Verizon MyAccount Password
- Add an Account Password (instead of the last four of your SSN)
-Change the password for the E-Mail that you registered for MyAccount with.
-Ask Verizon for further questions on how to make your account more secure.
Chances are someone may have logged on to your account, If Verizon was Hacked they would notify all effected customers, and provide Credit Reports at no charge.

now i need to call customer service.
