July 9th, 2008 · 1 Comment

So I got my new Iphone, but I forgot my password for my wireless router (Linksys) so I cant use the Wifi connection. Is there a way I can access the router settings from the main computer hooked up to it and change it without the old password… is there a way I can take a look at the long code on the main computer? Thanks in advance,

if you cannot get to the administrator page, then you will need to reset the router.

try 192.168.1.1 first, if this does not work, disconnect the power tothe router, press the reset switch for 10 to 30 seconds, plug the power supply back in and then go to the admin page and set the router up again with a new password.
