This weekend I updated my Spy Sweeper since it had been out of date for like, a year. I decided to pay the extra couple bucks and also get the Antivirus and Firewall.
When I got it though, I have the firewall, but it still says “add antivirus protection to your subscription?”
When I click it, it takes me right back to the page to BUY the antivirus protection which I’ve already paid for.
…what. the. hell?

That’s nothing we can fix here. Call or send a mail to their support, and I’m sure they will sort it out for you!
