what are some good tools technicians use to clean out pc?

      winsock fix

      if all else fails, Darik’s boot and nuke and a reinstall.

      do you mean the inside of the tower?
      if yes the read below
      basically a small clean paint brush and a hoover (normal household one will work fine)
      just be gentle around the components, brush the dust out with the paint brush and use the hoover to suck up the dust around the fans and components.
      make sure the PC is turned off while doing this obviously
