What are some programs that conflict with Trend Micro Anti Virus?

I have Trend Micro downloaded on my network and one of my computers dont like it.. it freezes or TM stops working all together and i am just wandering what if anything could be conflicting with it. I have already scanned it in depth and found nothing. So what could be wrong with it?
Yes, I can aggree with that but i need it for my company… I just switched from AVG to TM because AVG is awful and dectecting anything… I have probably had more viruses pass through my network and kill more computers with AVG than i have had with TM… But i need to know is what could be conflicting with my TM so I can remedy that. thanks.

i switched to AVG free version because of the same thing
i think Trend is just a memory hog, plus AVG updates by itself
