I don't care if they are free or not, I just want to know the best for those three categories. I already have avast! Antivirus, ZoneAlarm Security firewall and Ad-Aware 2008. Btw, I also use CCleaner which helps clean my system and registry and crap, and I was wondering if it really is that great program that I think it is.

AVG Anti-Virus plus Firewall
Antivirus, antispyware and firewall protection for Windows from the world's most trusted security company. Use the Internet with confidence in your home or small office.
The only thing I use is http://www.grisoft.com/us.product-avg-anti-virus-plus-firewall it's works the best in my opinion.
Anti-Virus: protection against viruses, worms and trojans
Anti-Spyware: protection against spyware, adware and identity-theft
Anti-Rootkit: protection against hidden threats (rootkits)
Web Shield & LinkScanner: protection against malicious websites
Firewall: protection against hackers
And still use CCleaner so you can clean up your files.

I don't recommend Trend Micro Antivirus at all. I didn't renew my subscription from them or Norton because I'm not pleased with them. Norton's just a memory hog, that could only find tracking cookies. Instead, I just added Spy Sweeper antivirus to the spyware protection that I already had from them. It does the trick for me. After one sweep, it picked up a lot of malware that Trend Micro and Norton missed. Get the two-in-one protection from Spy Sweeper.

Nothing beats ZoneAlarm Security for me! been using it for 2 years now and I never had a problem with virus and adwares. A lot of antivirus available these days but ZoneAlarm still tops..
