What can i do ot my computer that will allow it to find WzMss.dll?

So i got my MapleStory private server up and running on my computer then when i dragged the kiki and the wzmss files into my MapleStory v62 folder and when i try to start up MapleStory i get a message saying "Cannot find WzMss.dll Please reinstall the program" so i tried and got the server up and running on my friends computer and when i got to the step of opening MapleStory it worked fine, nowit was the same folder and the same files and everything. So my question is, Why does it not run on my computer but works on his? any help is very much appreciated. Thank You
