it says reinstall PC security program but does that mean reinstall Mcafee…i also have another antivirus installed (eset)nod32)..i went to the control panel security center and it says virus protection off…it says that there is two antivirus programs that prevents both of them from working so does this mean i have to delete one of them?? system security also says that antivirus is not updated…..updates really bugs me off…. where do I get free updates?

Even Avast 4 Home Edition is good . You will only have to re-register it in a year once again . And it is free for home users .

First of all remove both the anti-viruses.
Install Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 which available on internet for free.
McAfee is very slow and uses a lot of memory.
You can download KIS 2009 from http://www.mininova.org with its serial no. for free.
Then use the update service and get free updates.
