What happens when you "quarantine" them ? The button for eliminating them doesn't respond. Forgive me for being so stupid but I'm new to this. Thanks in advance

You should not do anything with them. Once in quarantine your computer is safe. Some things cannot be deleted, and that may be the case. Also sometimes anti-virus programs make a mistake. This is called a false positive. You could delete something your computer needs. It's a good idea to leave stuff in quarantine for at least a month. In case your computer needs what is in quarantine. Once deleted you can't get it back.

No need to worry, Kaspersky will quarantine it, the virus wont be active.. Try to remove the virus later, who knows it might work…
