sometimes if you get the name of the infection and google it it will tell you how to deleate it i just yesterday seen the little trianglular thing i had to boot in safe mode and deleat the program from the program files

It sounds like you have spyware. Most Spyware pretends to give you system messages that appear to be warning you about an infection.
Search on Google for a program called SmitRem. SmitRem works best in Safe Mode. So, restart your computer and hold down F8 while your computer is booting up, then you will see the option to start Windows in Safe Mode.
Then run SmitRem and it will clean your computer of any infections.
