What does spyware doctor come with if I register?

I was wondering what spyware doctor comes with if i register for it cause i heard it comes with many different feartures and if i do register for it what programs do you think i should get rid of or just keep.

1.Registry mechanic
2.Spywareblaster

those are the only two extra programs i have intastalled.

      isn't spyware doctor that *fake spyware software that is actually a trojan or malware or something??

      I know I've come across it before
