I recently switched from AT&T DSL to Comcast High Speed Internet, so I uninstalled AVG & installed the Free McAfee Security Suite that comes with Comcast. I was also using SPYBOT, SUPER ANTISPYWARE & SPYWARE BLASTER.. The McAfee Security Suite kept saying I’m not protected & when I clicked on fix it would turn off the System Guard Alerts, so I contacted tech support & he said to uninstall the third party Antispyware Programs, so I did & was able to turn the System Guard Alerts back on. Now I feel like I am not protected against Spyware, so I was wondering if there were any other Free AntiSpyware Programs that are compatible or is the McAfee Security Suite enough protection?

Hi
Did the support say which ones were conflicting? I don’t believe there will be any conflicts if you just run on-demand scanners, such as Superantispyware free and Malwarebytes Antimalware free.

You should use “McAfee ANTISPYWARE” with McAfee Security Suite cause no other anti-spyware program is compatible with McAfee Security Suite.
You can download McAfee Anti-Spyware at
