The file was a batch file called Albajurky and i didnt know what it was, I opened in it. Luckely my brother had disabled Cmd Promt because im an idiot and wreak stuff. It was set to delete stuff but it came up on the screen command prompt has been disabled by the administrator lol
Theres an installed version too that comes up this is being used. Please terminate and try again or something

If you can't delete it. There is a program call unlocker, that will do just what it says and gives you options to delete, move, or rename.

You really should just delete the file. It may not uninstall properly. Just right click on the file and scan it with your anti-virus or spyware program
