What is _wmlibrary.dll error?

I recently got a Dell (!!!) and it came

with Cyberlink PowerCinema, which has been awesome up until today since I can use it to watch HDTV. But now I am

getting an error message that says, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close

the program and notify you if a solution is available."

So far I can’t seem to do anything to fix it. Does

anybody know how to make this thing work?
