      Possible trojan Vundo.

      Solution:

      SUPERAntiSpyware:
      http://www.superantispyware.com/

They have a free version and it’s excellent.

Download and install SUPER, update it, do a full system scan and quarantine what it finds.

Them run a Quick scan with MalwareBytes Anti-Malware:
      http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
The free version will be fine.

Simple google search of gobewowi.dll showed that it is adware. That is why you have been getting pop up ads, and other stuff trying to get you to visit certain sites. I just happened to view this link when I searched it because I knew the site was safe.
