Hey,
My computer’s been having a lot of problems lately and has been slowing down. Once in a while I might receive a popup or something too. I know that this is the result of adware or spyware on my computer, so I was wondering, what’s the best one that I could find on the internet?
It doesn’t matter if it’s free or if it costs money; just as long as it’s very effective.

i like pctools internet security , very good, iv used alot of stuff but this seem to find the most , other programs didnt work on my pc, like Eset a very good program just didnt work, it didnt like a program,,

(choose the option of 'select all')
you should also consider using mozilla firefox as a browser as
it is much more secure than IE

then you should get a good antivirus if you dont already have one
avira antivir is the best free one on the market …
if you already have an antivirus and your happy with it - keep it - don't use more than one antivirus

also if you want to do an online scan before you try any of my suggestions Kaspersky is the best one…
just be patient - it takes a long time to download the virus definitions and do the scan…

For starters I would download, update, and run a full system scan with the free versions of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Superantispyware:

Then download, update, install and run a full scan with a reputable antivirus. I use and recommend Avast.
