Theres a lot out there, its easier to tell you which ones to avoid. DO NOT GET NORTON 360. It is an enormous resource hog as well as other similar products such as norton internet security.
It pains me to say that because I used to be a big fan of norton antivirus but this new age stuff is crap.
I gotta say kaspersky has impressed me with the depth of their detection capabilities. Almost every piece of spyware/malware as well as trojans and viruses are detected and removed. FYI they charge $39.95 a year for subscription.
The down side to being so thorough however is that the scans can take a very very long time.

right now and for the last year or so kaspersky has been rated as # 1 .. also nod32 .. is there as well i personally dont like all in ones as i find bloated … i have zonepro with avira as /anti virus and a bunch of scanners for spyware /virus i like this way of security works well for me with that said here is kaspersky site u can try the 30 free trial to see if u like
