  You already got real-time protection with Kaspersky. My first choice is SUPERAntiSpyware, and another choice is A-Squared. They are FREE and packed with tools (for SUPERAntiSpyware) and a large database of definitions to boot. Being FREE means no real-time protection and you have to update manually.
