What is the best antivirus for MyFiles.exe virus?Does this virus delete folders, etc?

Can anyone tell me of a good antivirus for the MyFiles.exe virus. it appears as an icon at the Disk Drives. i don't know if this virus is even the one that deleted all the other folders in my disk drives and disabled the "search" and "run" at my start menu, deleted the folders option at my control panel and disabled my ctrl alt delete (task manager)- a message pops up telling i'm not logged in as administrator even though i am.

      If you have the virus than no anti virus is going to help you. An anti virus will try to prevent you from getting a virus.
      Best thing to do now is backup your important data and reformat and reinstall.
