I have JNP steel shaft, forged blades, iron 1, 3-9, p, pw, sw, graphite 1w. So, that's about 12 clubs if I remember correctly! No need to consider shoes, balls, etc. Just the total AVERAGE weight of steel shaft irons… Thanks, again!

It depends, are your clubs graphite shafts or steel shafts and do you have a full 14 club set?

Depending on whether your irons are fitted with metal shafts or graphite alloys. An average golf bag, with a complete set of graphite alloy shafted clubs (from woods to irons) will easily weigh around 16Kg. Mind you, this weight is only for the clubs, and does not include other things like golf balls, golf shoes, umbrella, ball picker, etc.
