I always hear people saying the free antivirus programs such as AVG, Avira, and Avast are better than McAfee and Symantec. Why is it that when I was using the free programs I bet I had to run system restore disks at least once a week. I've been through every free antivirus out there and it didn't hold up for me. Ever since I installed McAfee VirusScan Enterprise + Antispyware Enterprise on one laptop and Symantec Endpoint Protection on the other…I've never had 1 problem out of it yet and they've been on there since June 2008. My computers are still performing at their best.
