My computer is running WAY low on memory, and I have been meaning to uninstall programs on it, but I’m not sure if these ones are safe to uninstall, and won’t effect any internet use, or other programs. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

All of the Acer stuff, assuming you’re not using it. It’s all a bunch of complete and utter shite.
Bonjour can go if you don’t have an iPod
Get rid of McAfee and get something like AVG (http://free.avg.com/download-avg-anti-virus-free-edition)
MobileMe is probably crap-ware but i’m not sure.
the rest is required or otherwise useful.

I don’t think it would be a good idea to delete some of these, but since i am not sure i will not say anything about those.
I did notice that u have an expired anti-virus…delete that. If you want an anti-virus that’s free you can try Avira Antivirus.
Adobe Reader can be replaced by Foxit Reader. (used to view .pdf files)
My last suggestion is to get an external hard drive.
