uninstalling this much use this

Open the program and double click program and do advanced uninstall and ONLY CHECK OFF BOLD ITEMS
and it will force install and delete every trace of the program
and quicktime and roxio
keep office and flash player
broadcom is wireless

It really comes down to what you actually use. I could suggest what to remove but I wouldn’t know if you use programs that use the specified application(s). Your best bet is to google the applications you’ve never heard of. This way you can decide if you want to remove it. If you prefer something more automated you can download and install Spybot Search & Destroy (Spybot S&D).
