I am asking this because my my c drive has 0% space will this help clean it up. I have tried removing some programs already, but nothing seems to be helping.

you will get alot of errors
      but do this
      open google search
      and the uninstall menu
check each program what for and does your computer needs it or not
if you dont need it uninstall it and if somthing wrong happen you can open the windows update they will tell u to install what u r missing

Programs don’t use that much space on the hard drive. You need to get rid of large files like music or movies. Get an external hard drive from walmart and back stuff up onto it. or burn stuff to cd-r’s or dvd-r’s.

There is also a good program called CCleaner that removes temporary files and cleans the recyccle bin. That may free some space. CCleaner is a free program.

If you uninstall programs it should make some space. But Windows may fill the available space with the Paging File (virtual memory) so you don’t gain anything.

Can you remove any other files like music or videos? You could put them on DVD disks if you want to keep them. Or you could move them onto an external hard disk drive, these are fairly cheap now for very large capacity, 500GB or 1TB.
