I have a subscription to the McAfee Security Suite through Comcast, but I had my computer serviced & they installed AVG, SUPER AntiSpyware, Spybot, Spyware Blaster & they said to just use the Windows Firewall.
The McAfee Security Suite is not compatible with 3rd party AntiSpyware, so if I choose to install the McAfee Security Suite I will have to uninstall AVG & the AntiSpyware Programs.
The computer technicians said McAfee tries to take over your whole system & they said AVG & the AntiSpyware Programs provide more security, but it’s taking up more disk space with all those programs.
If you had the choice which would you choose?

I Suggest
Antivirus : Kaspersky
Anti spyware : Super Anti Spyware (free)
Firewall: Zone Alarm

I agree with the above poster, but personally prefer NOD32 for antivirus.

McAfee really isn't that good and they were correct in that sense.
But antispyware doesn't conflict with other antispyware or other antiviruses.
But antiviruses will conflict with other antiviruses and firewalls will conflict with other firewalls.
If I were you I would remove AVG and use Avira or Avast instead.

They are both free. AVG is the third best free antivirus though.

Superantispyware or Spybot are great leave them. I would also like to add Malwarebytes to your list of antispyware but its your choice.
Windows firewall is pretty bad use Zonealarm free firewall or Comodo free firewall

Just use what they installed on your computer and ZoneAlarm's Firewall. The Windows Firewall sucks.

I have heard that AVG is good
I know that Spybot is a great spyware remover. (It is an on demand spyware remover so you have to tell it to scan your computer)
Spyware Blaster helps prevent spyware from installing onto your computer in the first place, but so does Spybots Immunization feature.
Make sure to update each of those programs on a regular basis because some of them do not update themselves.
