What's a free virus scanner that scans hkey_local registry ext?

I have avast, AVG, ext, but i have learned that none of them will actually scan in hkey_ areas, and this is a big problem. The Free scans i use, all say i have a ton of viruses in there(and I know I do.. gross URLs appear at random), but it costs to remove them… What is a free virus scanner and remover that scans well, and looks in hkey_ areas?
All I need is 1 good scan. Thanks, keep answers coming please!

i think NOD32 scans there but it is not free you can however get a free trial of it

You could try SuperAntispyware, it scans the registry, not sure if it will get rid of your problems, but worth a try.
