I have researched all anti-virus products and the best anti-virus protection is Kaspersky. Kaspersky is the best all-round anti-virus program. NOD32 is just as good if not better, it runs faster and has less software conflicts but may be more difficult to use.
Recent tests prove Kaspersky and NOD32 are better than the best sellers Norton and McAfee (av-comparatives.org). Norton is notoriously bloated and takes forever to perform full systems scans.
Trend Micro Antivirus is a viable alternative if you're having a lot of trouble with software conflicts. Trend Micro rounds out the top three. BitDefender is very good as well, but gives a high number of false alarms.
The most popular free anti-virus programs (AVG and Avast) have poor detection rates (82.82%, 87.46% respectively). If you want a free anti-virus Avira has higher detection rates than AVG or Avast! (94.26%).

What you are asking makes no sense. No protection program can protect us 100% at all times. You are the best protection for your PC and if you can't behave responsibly when downloading or surfing, then your protection on your PC is futile.
One of the answerer suggested SiteAdvisor and he's correct in mentioning that. It can help you to navigate, thus, minimising the risk of infection.
The real solution to your question is not the recommendation of an anti-virus, but your attitude. It needs changing.
I will provide for you two links, one is to download SiteAdvisor, and the other is Avira.
