Whats the easiest to use?

What would you recommend?
What do you run?

I have two computers, I use online all the time. One with WinXP Pro, and one with Ubuntu 7.10,(Linux). (Sound's strange I know! I feel that if I don't stay current with Windows, I may not be able to answer questions on here, based on the Windows OS.) With the Windows OS, I use Avast. It's a anti-malware program, that works in 'Real Time'. No having to wait on the program to run, or manually click on it, to run. It's 'On' all the time. Updates it's data base regularly, and tells you when it does. I like's it! lol! (It's also on the top rated list as Number 1, and has a free version.)

Several local repair shops told me to use AVG.
They say that is the one that seems the most secure.
Virus writers aim their poison at the antivirus programs that have the most customers. Since AVG is a minority of users they don't like to bother much finding loopholes in it.
