In simpler terms, having KAV are for people who prefer third party firewall along with KAV. It has fewer features than KIS, such as anti-spam filter, anti-phishing, protection of data theft from Windows Protected Storage, and parental control.

the anti virus is more like programs downloads etc the internet security avoid encypted data checks downloads check pages for autosave files and what not so you dont have anything force access threw the file wall like an auto extraction file
