Answer 1:
The most important difference between the two award winning products of Kaspersky is that Kaspersky Antivirus is very good basic protection, whoch Kaspersky Internet Security is meant for advanced protection.
Answer 2:
No, they will not let you install two of them together (I’ve already tried this). Even if you got two of them installed anyhow, you would get a heave usage of the RAM and CPU (the exact estimation is not possible, depends on your computer’s resources).
Answer 3:
Yes, as Kaspersky 6 is already outdated as yet it is not as more efficient as KIS 7 and 8, and the software holders always want their customers to have their latest software versions. At around 2011 or 2012, even Kaspersky ver. 8 will stop working as the newer and more powerful versions will have developed in the near future.
Answer 4:
I would go for Kaspersky Internet Security because it is not just an antivirus, and is also meant for advanced security.
Thanks !!!

Basically Kaspersky internet security is Kaspersky anti-virus but with a firewall and parental controls added in.
Heres a link comparing the 2 side by side
