i use Windows XP. When i click “Add or Remove programs” button in Control Panel, it doesn’t work. Nothing comes up. But when i click it, i hear the windows “error” sound. How can I fix this?

go to start all programmes select programme right click and thn go for uninstalling for tht programme

Make sure there are no other programs up such as internet explorer ect. If it still doesnt work, restart your computer and try it again. If it still doesnt work then I’d call windows, it seems a bit technical to fix by yourself. I’ve never heard of it…. :\ goodluck
