  delete firefox download

  run anti virus

  run anti spyware

  clear tem files

  start–control panel–internet options–general

  clear history
  clear temp files

  clear pre fetch

  start–my computer–local disk drive (c)–windows–prefetch

  click view
  click select all
  press delete key on keyboard

  ok,now lets try a brand new,clean download
