When I log into my email, my internet security blocks an address, which is trying to auto send a message?

This is the address it blocks: http://webcs110.msg.ac4.yahoo.com/. I have several Yahoo email accounts and this doesn't happen when I log into them. It only happens on this 1 email account. What is Yahoo trying to automatically send, when I log in? Should I allow it? My email account works OK, when this is blocked.
