When I send verification Email from my website through SMTP in go in spam, it’s same for all my website user!!?

It was sending to my inbox till last week but now, when an E-mail sends from my web site to the users it go to their spam, Is it possible that yahoo had know my websites E-mail as a spam sender?
and how can i fix it?
I tried it on Gmail but it goes to inbox, and checked it many yahoo account and the same problem
please help!
