you might wanna sift through your task manager and delet all your explorer.exe and also discard all you extra prscess. you might want to run under 25. Stuff running in the backround will really bogg you. and runna sweep for spyware and a defrag never hurts. I recommend the avg software.

you can turn it off in your start-up…….click run…..type in msconfig……say ok……go to your start-up tab (last tab) scan thru the list and uncheck IE……….you will have to do a restart…..your computer will tell you that you have changed it but tell it to not show you the message again. be careful in here to not uncheck something that you don't know what it is.
