when i try to burn a cd in winows media player, it will show a blue screen showing i need to restart, help?

it is really annoying. I have windows media player 9 or 11. I downloaded it a few weeks ago. I could burn cd's just fine. But now it wont let me, why. How can i fix this, ive tried slowing down the burn speed, but it diddn't work. Please please please please please please help

      Use Ahead Nero or CloneCD, or another real burner/writer utility instead of Windows Media Player.

      Window media player is what is says a media player and a bad one 2. You need good burning software to burn your cd
