when i try to play 9 dragons it says pando can’t read dll?

it say's pando.exe - Unable To Locate DLL then The dynamic link library MSVCR90.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\Program Files\Pando
Networks\Pando;.;C:WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT\system;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\System32\Wbem. all the time plz help
