When i turn on my computer i get Explore.exe error and framedyn.dll i click ok, all icons go away and start.?

So when i turn my computer on i get Explore.exe has encountered a problem and can not find framedyn.dll, i have used microsoft for help = fail, When i click ok My icons, Start menu and the bar it is on disapears only way i can open stuff is windows task messenger and click new task and find the task i am looking for, tried restoring = fail.

      maybe you PCget virus.
      you can get some Antivirus software
